Slovak Students on their visit in Austria /Litzlhof/ and Slovenia /Novo Mesto/
In the autumn of the year 2010 twelve Slovak students /6 boys and 6 girls/ and two teachers, on Thuesday in the morning, got on the the bus early in the morning and travelled for 10 hours to Litzlhof, Lendorf in Austria.
In the afternoon we arrived at school and we were pleased and suprised about the school and the whole area around it. A very nice stay and friendship started for us and our schools. Our programme was full of interesting activities, we visited some agriculture sheep and cow farms. The students gained a lot of information, lots of practise shows and new experience there.
Not only work, school and education was on the programme. Nice places, like Ossiach, Villach or Klagenfurt and the highlight /rainy/ Venezia in Italy were on our programme too.The students spent their weekend with the new Austrian friends and their families.
The last night there was a very nice programme full of folk music /thanks Günhter and Austrian boys/ and finally the giving of our certificates. In the end, there are very nice memories, new friends and great partnership. Our thank goes especially to Alois and Josef.
Exactelly one year later, in the autumn 2011 seven boys and five girls were on the visit at school GRN in Novo Mesto. After arriving we were acommodated in the dormitory house and a beautiful week started. They showed us the school and all the area around it with cows, horses and many various kinds of plants. Our work strated, we tried to take care about the horses in the company with Slovenian students and other manual works. For the boys the tractor driving was absolutelly fascinating and the girls enjoyed their work on the traditional chaplets.
During the week we saw the city Novo Mesto, we visited Ljublana, the capitol of Slovenia and the highlight of the week, our weekend in Spa in Postojna Cave.
Except of the fog whole week we enjoyed our stay in Novo Mesto and we would like to express our thank to Mateja and her students from Slovenia.
